Onions, worcestershire, and garlic

All of life’s quandaries can be associated with a Seinfeld episode.

I’ve been getting my car tuned for the past two days before an upcoming Memorial Day camping trip. Today, when I picked up my car from Goodyear, I opened the door and before I even sat down in the driver’s seat, I smelled the unmistakable smell of BO.

I can’t be sure exactly what the mechanic had for lunch, but I know my entire interior upholstery smelled as if it had been marinated in onions, worcestershire, and garlic. It stuck to my clothes, my hair, my skin—everything.

And as disgusted as it was to be sitting in the mechanic’s unsavory broth, I couldn’t help but laugh as I recalled the Seinfeld episode where the same thing happened to Jerry. Fortunately, the smell has dissipated, unlike poor Jerry who ended up having to sell his car.
